Last night I thought I'd freshen it up so I sanded it back again, applied a couple of coats of 'antique walnut' stain & three coats of polyurethane & now it's ready for Friars Town....!

Busy busy busy....!
I rescued this 1950's kitchen table from the side of the road almost 7 years ago covered in oil & grease. I removed the shabby old laminate & metal trim, sanded the top & scrubbed the base with sugar soap to reveal a really lovely, solid shabby vintage table.
Last night I thought I'd freshen it up so I sanded it back again, applied a couple of coats of 'antique walnut' stain & three coats of polyurethane & now it's ready for Friars Town....!
